I cannot speak highly enough of all the team at Jubilee Framers. I very reluctantly had to sell a large portrait of my mother, it being way too big for my small house in Maleny. Luckily, I was able to get a High Definition photo of it, which I took along to them. Jana was willing to work on it with me to get it just right and she even helped me choose the perfect frame for it, so that when I first saw the finished thing, I simply burst into tears! Jubilee Framers are a family run business, who really care about their customers. I immediately got the feeling that the picture mattered almost as much to them as it did to me. The crew at Jubilee Framers went above and beyond to frame a stretched canvas for me. When we had issues with the supplier of the frame timber, JF made me a custom oak stained frame which was superb!  I was delighted also to see that the provenance document about the artwork and artist was beautifully and carefully attached to the back of the frame. I had some racing photos framed here and the experience was fantastic. They took the time to explain the different glass options, recommended the right frame styles and sizes, and chose the perfect mat board colours. After being turned away by several places unwilling to risk damaging the piece, we were relieved to find someone who not only accepted the challenge but executed it flawlessly. We had a large painting suddenly fall off the wall and break the glass one afternoon.  We heard a crash in the house and it took us awhile to find out what had happened.   Jubilee Framers is a local company just down the road from us in Kelvin Grove with loads of easy parking and they were able to replace the glass, fixing the hanging wire culprite and replace the damaged backing at a very reasonable price.
